okie... I've deleted the previous post cause I realised that it didn't really make any sense when I re-read it... haha.. anyway, I'm like slacking at home... waiting for the mins to tick by and watching animal planet... yea... you might go " what the.... animal planet's for nerds!!!" wad ever la... that is a point of opinion.. who gives two **** about that... haha... right. A lil vulgar here but sometimes I dun like it when pple start critising what you watch and listen to.. I mean, I'm not going to be like you right? I'm different. I appreciate different things compared to you. Why do you even bother making such comparisons when the subject matter (ie me and you ) are different? It's just like comparing an apple with an orange. They are different!!! How do you even compare and say which is better???

tsk tsk... the flaw with people is that we like to compare. Yes, its good... but if it is to bring pple down, I don't think it is. We always point out pple's flaws without realising that we ourselves are flawed... sounds confusing?

I don't even know what started me to blog abt this in the first place. But I guess it has always been happening.. being compared with others.... like what ever. I admit I sometimes unwittingly make the same mistake as well.... I guess this is just an imperfection that all man is bound to have... some how or rather...

ok... different topic... have you ever thought of where you wanna go on your honeymoon? ok.. this sounds weird coming out from me but what ever.... I've ever thought of going to Africa for honeymoon!! how cool is that!!! haha.. imagine camping out in the wilderness in the savana.. woooh~ shiok! haha.. or going to Norway!!! haha.. that would be kinda cool too!!! haha..

or maybe to Scotland!!! haha... thats not bad too... hmmm... or Hawaii!!! den if the volcano erupts, whao!!! it'll be like a once in a life time experience man~ haha... ok.. I think I'm thinking too far here... but its good to think about these non-realistic stuff once in a while to make u happy. hahaha...

I've lived on this earth for almost 2 decades now... whao!!! sounds long yea? time really fleets by when you are having fun... not that my life was all smooth sailing and all.. but i'm just glad that more good things happened than bad ones... haha..

anyway, I guess its really time for me to pull up my socks.. all that crazy working schedules have made me so tired... precious time was spent on either sleeping or studying... I had no time to catch up with friends, loved ones.. not to mention my closest kins, mum and sis... everytime i reach home, they are sleeping.. and when i wake up, i'm too rushed... I don't even have time to give my mum and sis a hug...

I paused for a while and tried to think of an answer... but to tell the truth, I don't know. I'm taking a diploma in Banking and Financial Services but yet, I don't know what to do after graduation. I'm like a headless chicken, running and bumping around.

I guess its time for me to consider... whether my life should be spent being a housewife... haha... doubt it.. my cooking sucks and i can't do housework for nuts.. haha.. My ambition was actually to be a zoo keeper.. but i realised that Singapore's zoo no kick... Africa sounds nice~ hahaha..

the season of movies

I guess this is the season of movies for me.. not only are there so many good movies, there are always people who will watch it with me! haha.. cool~

Firstly,I've watched are Letters from Iwo Jima. Really great movie.. Ken Watanabe IS THE BEST!! haha.. If you haven't watched it, its similar to Balck Hawk Down. All about war and stuff.. with bombs and gunshots. not forgetting disgusting sights of a broken off hand or body smashed up into bits...

Protege!!! woosh~ Daniel Wu makes me swoon~~~ haha.. I'm going to abduct him from Hong Kong!! hehe.. But it not only abt Daniel Wu, but the story line I guess speaks very well of the drug syndicate around the world... so ya..

Norbit!! haha.. Eddie Murphy is so funny!! haha.. but it is NOT when the person you are watching with keeps reminding you " Eat more supper and you'll end up like her!" *points to the fat lady in the movie* Idiot...

300. Gruesome yet at the same time cool~ haha... maybe i'm sadist but I was on the verge of sleeping as I was very tired! then the fighting came and i was fully awake!! haha.. but i think the Persian King resembles local comedian Kumar. haha.. ok~

Pursuit of Happyness. Inspiring movie. In fact, it moved me to tears. especially the little boy who was by his father's side all the while.

Just follow Law. A movie which speaks of the truth of the government sector in all honesty.. although some parts were exaggerated, it never fails to make locals laugh at the jokes which only Singaporeans can undersatnd.

so next, movies I'm targetting are..... DREAMGIRLS, TMNT AND MR BEAN'S HOLIDAY~~~ haha...

okie... as you can see. I'm really bored and all... but I'm just not doing anything abt it. Fact is, I hardly get this kinda bored moments nowadays.. so I'm just soaking in the "laziness" mood.. haha.. yup

anyway, I'm going to Hong Kong in about 2 weeks time. A lil excited cause this is my virgin flight.. haha.. ya.. I know.. mountain tortise.. when I told my fellow friends who are going to Hong Kong with me, the were like " HUH??????" whao... pai seh~ haha.. but its the fact!!!

Its going to be a 6 days trip.... lotsa shopping for the ladies!!! haha.. In case you are wondering, I'm going on the trip with my ex-colleagues from DFS.. Before you start wondering which auntie is going with me, I'm going with people around my age... haha.. nothing beats the fun you'll exprience when you get to go with people of around the same humour frequency as you...

But if I my budget was higher, I would opt for Oslo, Norway... or Switzerland!!! haha.. maybe next time when I'm older... or after graduation... Probably backpack around that region... oh.. and of course I won't forget backpacking with Audrey and our trip to Adelaide to see ALLY!!!! haha.. so many trips!!! I'm getting excited already!!! haha.. but I'm cash strapped... =X

maybe I should get a sugar daddy or a boyfriend who would fund my expenditures!! hmmm.. sounds like a plan~ haha

I've never thought that I was good at making or keeping friends. Not until this morning when it dawned on me that friends like Grace, Hui Shan, Jacilyn, Yun Ying, Cai Xu and Candice have been my friends since primary school!!! haha.. thats like almost 1 decade of friendship!! haha.. though we weren't so close in primary school, its still comforting to know that after so many years, you still have old time friends like them in your life.

Of course there are friends we meet along the way! Friends from sec school, GB, poly, work and church! I keep all these friends close to my heart and cherish them... no kidding.. so if u feel like crying now cos u feel so touched now, go ahead and CRY!!!! haha.. ok~ crap! haha...

so ya.. to Ally, if you are reading this, all of us will wait for your return and we shall head straight to Marina for STEAMBOAT!!! haha... to Ah Long who's in Taiwan, thank you for your endless support as well as late night chats... oh.. and also for taking my endless suan-ings... haha...

and of course to all my friends, thank you for accepting me and making this part of my journey much more interesting than anything else.

Went kayaking last Sat and got burnt!!! and now, I'm peeling.. and the best part is, I'm gg to my friend's commissioning ball later... joy to the world~ Chileed's gg to have a patchy date! haha... no la.. but the patches have lumped into one massive one... and hopefully, the ballroom would be dim or something.. heh..

And it was Grace's birthday on the 13th... so

I'm happy that i managed to get almost all Bs for my moudules.. but a lil disappointed abt the GPA score cos a dipped a lil... maybe because i was juggling work, school, family and friends at that time and work took up almost half of my time... so much so that i neglected my school work and family... so i've decided that i'm not gg to be working unless I'm having breaks.

and the Hong Kong trip is settled!!! Air tickets booked, hotel booked and we are going to have a great time!!!

so yup... anyway, felt slight tremors this morning... was half asleep with a terrible migraine.. but after the tremors, my migraine was gone! cool~ haha... anyway, I feel like watching Dream Girls.. seem like a nice movie.. but the main reason is because of Beyonce~ woooh~~~ right... hmmm.. oh.. and saw Candice yesterday in town! haha.. was going down the escalator and she was just next to me!!! and we just turn to face each other at the same time... the next thing we did was scream each other's name... haha.. ok~~~ so childish.. but we haven't seen each other in ages... den there we were, pinching each other's cheeks.. dunno for wad also.. and wrestling with each other like we always do... haha..

anyway, watched Letters from Iwo Jima. great movie. liked the way Ken Watanabe acted... hmm.. no wonder Jie Hui likes him... haha..

A little upset today... maybe cause I don't know how you feel exactly. But thinking it through, I thank you for not meeting me today. I think it would be in our best interest to not see each other till both of us has gotten over it.

Right. Bad things aside. Went to baby sit my 2 god-sons today!!!! and OH MAN!!! they were a handful!!! haha.. actually, was running an errand for mum in the morning near Ikea and bought some stuff at Queensway so I decided to drop by Ching's house.

After baby sitting the 2 kids, I've decided..... I'm not going to be giving birth to 2 kids within a span of a year!!! They are such a handful! One is super naughty and the other keeps throwing tantrums! And you thought they were nice little angels... more like little devils in disgiuse...

yup... so I'm dead beat.... jogging tmr morning if I can wake up... haha...

I'm officially free from work!!!! WOOHOO!!!! well-deserved rest for me... ample in fact... anyways, A hong Kong trip coming up in April... hope that everything goes well and we'll have a hell lot of fun!!!!
